OD's helm Arcana has global cast range and a monstrous Q1
Gameplay Tips

Epoch Guardian's Arcana spell can be cast anywhere on the map, even in unexplored areas of total darkness. Under normal circumstances this is irrelevant, since the hero's damage values are very low... however, Epsilon's Eyeglass deals damage instances that are completely independent of your hero's attributes. This trinket then becomes the "fuel" for the build, allowing the hero to REALLY make use of his Arcana's power.

Marauder Gloves helpfully ignore enemy Armor values if they're positive, so enemies will only mitigate the Eyeglass trinket's astounding damage output if they have percentile damage reduction (and most monsters in endgame content do). With that concern out of the way, W2 is applied to targets struck by your endless barrage of attacks, potentially causing them to take even more damage from Epsilon's Eyeglass but most importantly softening them up for the lethal Q1 pop, which totals up ALL DAMAGE you dealt to the target throughout the debuff's duration, then MULTIPLIES that already ungodly number, and finally makes it ignore Steadfast.

Crystalline Slippers multiplies the damage you deal to rooted targets by 5, and the Arcana roots enemies even through Spell Immunity. Additionally, Q2 provides a post-mitigation damage boost, which is very important because Q1 simply ignores Steadfast without actually penetrating any other defenses (like Pure Resist or %DR). Heroic Conqueror is used because it adds up to 28 Q4, which causes the Arcana spell to activate multiple times, keeping targets rooted longer and launching even more attacks at them - ideally, your targets should remain locked down by the spell without any gaps between casts.

Extra Info

This build's damage does not scale up in Serengaard, unlike Hydroxis builds using Glyph of the Gourmand along with Yellow Dragon Scale Armor. Because of this, monsters with extreme amounts of percentile damage reduction are capable of ignoring this build's damage, even if they don't have Steadfast. But, for all other maps, and all other targets, there is no hope of survival - even monsters with absolute immunity to Pure damage will still take significant Physical damage from the Eyeglass trinket itself.

The problem I see in this build is that if you stand too far of your target when you cast Q, your attacks will reach AFTER the 3s root duration, and Q1 will pop nothing. Too close and your dmg goes down drastically.

Steamboot would not work here (not enough AGI), or you need something like vestment of the Dark Arts as body and then you would get +500% dmg on item. But you will sacrifice your T4 runes :)

I have tried this build and it just doesnt do any dmg on sea fortress. Is this maybe outdated?
