Build Description
5k INT, 3.5k STR and AGI, 35% DR, permanent Spell Immunity, permanent cliffwalking, global teleport portals for your team, spammable W spell hits a single target 7 times per cast!
Gameplay Tips

I didn't have enough space in the description field to also boast about the 600-range Pure damage aura that constantly cleans trash mobs away, or the solid HP regen and 5-digit Armor value to go with the percentile damage reduction, but perhaps most importantly, the build also has a Pure damage laser spell that pierces (and breaks!) Spell Immunity effects. The only thing this build CAN'T do is grant himself 100% Evasion or untargetability, but of course with all this excessive firepower, obscene durability, and utility in the form of what are essentially duplicates of Ekkan's portals, he certainly doesn't suffer for it.

You can use either the Lightning or the Cosmic Immortal weapon, or you can try to find a Mythical weapon that has three T3 rune rolls (except the essentially useless R3). The extra Tech levels provided by the Immortal Glyph and weapons aren't really significant compared to what you gain from higher attributes. You can try using Garnet Warfare Ring instead of Nobility, or if you're willing to spend the big bucks, you can use Puzzler's Locket and focus every possible gear slot (including weapon slots) on T2 runes except for R2, resulting in hundreds of Q3/W3/E3 points and therefore incredibly high attribute totals. The only critical Glyph is T7-1, you can use anything else you prefer in the other two Glyph slots.

Extra Info

If you ever reach Module Level 100 in all 3 elements, you will have spare Tech Points left over after allocating these minimum Tech Levels to the listed abilities. You can use those spare points however you like.

NATURE + COSMIC Q [Cosmic Barrier] Lv. 5 (Spell Immunity buff, moderate duration, can keep it up at all times)
COSMIC + COSMIC Q [Galaxy Laser] Lv. 5 (heavy Pure nuke, 0.5sec CD, pierces Spell Immunity; use as necessary)

LIGHTNING + LIGHTNING W [Vortex Weapon] Lv. 9 (toggle on for ~80% bonus attack power, boosting damage of other spells)
LIGHTNING + COSMIC W [Ion Cannon] Lv. 19 (your primary weapon, this bouncing plasma ball shreds bosses and clears rooms as it can hit the same target more than once per cast)

NATURE + NATURE E [Nature's Path] Lv. 15 (huge zone of 30% DR, free pathing, and great HP regen; stand inside it to tank difficult rooms)
NATURE + COSMIC E [Earth's Gate] Lv. 5 (place up to 6 permanent portals that let you and teammates teleport around the map)
LIGHTNING + COSMIC E [Cosmic Surge] Lv. 5 (700+ minimum movespeed, bonus Cosmic% damage from E4; activates Glyph T7-1)

this build still walks through everything. great flexibility too with glyph options and trinket options.

Really nice and detailed build. I will use this for my newly started Jex. Grinding the tech-levels for Jex is not easy. But I plan to use experience orbs and jump to LVL 105 and directly use the pure-damage aura for farming :D

Other players may suggest you use N+N Q [Oak Infusion], but I firmly insist that it's not as good as Nature's Path, because 30% DR and more HP Regen is worth much more than Oak Infusion's STR bonus; he already has enough damage output.
